This position will ensure all material shipped and received is completed in a timely manner and in accordance with

FAA, DOT and IATA regulations. 



  1. Receive purchased, manufactured and customer supplied material.
  2. Maintain paperwork/traceability of all incoming material to include Packing Lists, Certs, 8130’s, Conformity data and any other pertinent information.
  3. Ensure log sheets are properly completed and maintained. 
  4. Ensure all parts have been inspected and signed off prior to shipping.
  5. Prepare and package parts for shipment.
  6. Schedule and ship parts to HAECO and Customer in accordance with established procedures and requirements.
  7. Maintain neat and orderly Shipping and Receiving area, by ensuring daily management of housekeeping. 



  1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
  2. Basic computer skills for use in typical office software applications.
  3. 2 years experience in Material Control, i.e., Stores Clerk, Customer Material, Inventory Control, Shipping, Receiving, or related field.
  4. Be able to learn HAECO Cabin Solutions’ operating system to perform daily transactions.
  5. Excellent written and oral communication skills. 
  6. Ability to work with minimum supervision.
  7. Must be available for overtime and/or work flexible schedule as job requirements dictate.
  8. Understand requirements of shipping and controlling Hazardous Material and be able to complete mandatory IATA training/certification.
  9. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
