Responsible for support, analysis and implementation related functions regarding the administration and maintenance of HAECO Cabin SolutionsERP system (Epicor 9).
SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES:
- Provides end user support for Epicor ERP system.
- Manages Cabin Solutions Help Desk queue.
- Enters new user accounts in ERP system and secures approvals for changes to permissions.
- Develops and maintains template based ERP system permission sets and reports.
- Assists business units in defining standardized processes and procedures as they relate to ERP system.
- Establishes and supports training program for ERP users.
- Analyzes data from ERP system for accuracy and troubleshooting
- Works with HAECO IT Operations to provide full circle support of Cabin Solutions.
- Support rotating schedule of after hours on-call user support.
- Support multiple facilities in Greensboro, NC and Wallburg, NC with travel between facilities.
- Assists with documentation and record keeping for HCS IT software change process.
- Various other duties specifically supporting the Aerosystems team from an IT perspective
