Responsible for support, analysis and implementation related functions regarding the administration and maintenance of HAECO Cabin SolutionsERP system (Epicor 9).



  1. Provides end user support for Epicor ERP system.
  2. Manages Cabin Solutions Help Desk queue.
  3. Enters new user accounts in ERP system and secures approvals for changes to permissions.
  4. Develops and maintains template based ERP system permission sets and reports.
  5. Assists business units in defining standardized processes and procedures as they relate to ERP system.
  6. Establishes and supports training program for ERP users.
  7. Analyzes data from ERP system for accuracy and troubleshooting
  8. Works with HAECO IT Operations to provide full circle support of Cabin Solutions.
  9. Support rotating schedule of after hours on-call user support.
  10. Support multiple facilities in Greensboro, NC and Wallburg, NC with travel between facilities.
  11. Assists with documentation and record keeping for HCS IT software change process.
  12. Various other duties specifically supporting the Aerosystems team from an IT perspective




  1. Degree/Certification Computer Science, Information Systems or related field or equivalent experience.
  2. Two (2)+ years experience in an IT Support role.
  3. Good written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Must be a team player with advanced interpersonal/customer service skills and a positive attitude.
  5. Enthusiastic, flexible and willing to learn new tasks and skills in a quickly growing and evolving company.
  6. Able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
  7. Able to travel between the Greensboro and Wallburg facilities.


  1. Experience with ERP in a Manufacturing environment.
