  • Overview

    JOB SUMMARY:         

    Supports the activities of programs involving department or cross-functional teams by carrying out strategies, monitoring and controlling practices, as well as administrative needs.  

     

    ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

    1. Assist in the review and monitoring of the Statement of Work (SOW) for program specific requirements.  Ensure customer requirements are met and in the best interests of HAECO Cabin Solutions by maintaining baseline plan, and other program management components.   
    2. Maintain Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for authorized work.   
    3. Identify unique Work Breakdown Schedule (WBS) and job numbers for authorized work.
    4. Support Integrated Project Team (IPT) meetings, minimum weekly, to review progress and identify issues.
    5. Participate in Customer chaired meetings to address progress, questions, and concerns.
    6. Support internal design reviews.   
    7. Participate in Customer chaired design reviews.
    8. Identify, track and close on action items resulting from meetings and reviews.
    9. Develop, review, and report on Estimates to Complete and at Completion.
    10. Prepare Change Order (CR) inputs to Contracts & Pricing for Program Managers Review
    11. Identify risks and opportunities and develop mitigation/execution plans.
    12. Track Subcontract Data Requirements List (SDRL) and General Requirement for Equipment and System Supplies (GRESS) data submittals.
    13. Type memos, correspondence, reports and other documents as required
    14. Coordinate travel arrangements for customers or as identified.
    15. Tracking projects from time of Purchase Order thru shipment to on dock

    Qualifications

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

    MINIMUM

    1. Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; and three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    2. Proven exceptional customer relationship management skills
    3. Strong understanding of project management and related processes required.
    4. Demonstrated ability to build credibility with, interact with, and influence suppliers, customers, and key stakeholders in a matrixed organization; ability to build strong relationships
    5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization
    6. Well organized with solid judgment; able to multitask and adjust to changing priorities.
    7. Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders including Senior Leadership
    8. Full life-cycle and phase gate management exposure
