    JOB SUMMARY:      

    The FP&A and Pricing Analyst will be an integral part of the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team.  The team is responsible for performing accounting and financial analysis for the Company’s Maintenance Repair & Overhaul (“MRO”) business as well as the Corporate entity, providing senior management with financial transparency and enabling better decisions to drive sustainable profitability.  This individual will assist in the annual budget and financial projection processes and the subsequent interpretation, reporting and analysis of actual results against these forecasts.  This individual will liaise with senior management in the evaluation of, and response to commercial requests for proposal (RFP), and will support that activity with financial analysis and modeling.



    1. Work with team to coordinate the development, preparation and presentation of the annual budget and periodic financial projections for three MRO business units and the Corporate entity
    2. Produce monthly financial reporting packages for internal management and parent company review
    3. Maintain monthly financial and operating metrics
    4. Assist in ad hoc reporting and financial performance analyses as needed, and contribute to new business/expansion/cost control projects and process improvements as and when business requires
    5. Prepare cost/price models in support of MRO RFPs, working in the details to determine anticipated direct costs and indirect rates, developing target pricing, and defining and analyzing proforma scenarios for financial evaluation


    Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.




    1. BA/BS Undergraduate degree in Accounting/Finance or with strong relevant and equivalent experience
    2. Two to five years general accounting or financial analysis experience
    3. Strong analytical and interpretation skills
    4. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft software applications
    5. Individual should be a self-starter requiring minimum supervision and able to work to deliver on schedule
    6. Ability to coherently present to stakeholders in written form and verbally
    7. Inquisitive mindset looking for continual improvement
